How EFT Works
History of EFT
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a combination of ancient wisdom and modern science.
Many of you know about energy meridians. They’re pathways that run through your body. Meridians can be blocked or disrupted by unresolved emotional issues, compromising the body’s natural healing potential.
Starting today, you can tap into your Higher Mind (your intuition) using a simple process of gentle Tapping, called the Emotional Freedom Technique.
While the process is based on the practice of acupuncture, EFT has simplified the realignment process by a process of gently Tapping on key meridian points on the head, torso and hands. Traditional acupuncture needles are not used in the EFT process.
Quite often, people are aware of the events or memories that trigger emotional discomfort in their lives, but they have not yet connected those memories to the symptoms of disease in their bodies. Using EFT, it is possible to revisit these past events, and balance the disturbed meridians. Properly done, both the emotional anguish and the physical symptoms can subside. EFT can help with:
