Track 1 has about 25 minutes of audible affirmations selected to empower and inspire you to make the choice to change your mind and change your life. Your mind will become absorbed by the beautiful authentic tones in the music by Thaddeus – allowing relaxation to take over your whole being. Track 2 is 30 minutes of relaxing sounds of nature, containing the same Affirmations from track 1and a brainwave frequency that can integrate both hemispheres of the brain, allowing you to feel comfortable, relaxed and calm.
